Where is the Museum and Gas Station seen in the episode?
In the 6th episode of Black Mirror (Black Museum), there is a mysterious building that houses many different artifacts and other technologically advanced items from the past. The museum owned by the character Rolo Haynes (thanks to a tip from one of our readers) was actually filmed in the middle of Spain in a restaurant called The Alfaro Restaurant located in Almería.
The creepy gas station where the main characters drives up to in her classic car is actually located right next door to the aforementioned restaurant. These two filming locations are in the middle of nowhere. The address for the museum and gas station is Estacion de Servicio Alfaro Repsol Tabernas, 04200, Almería, Spain.

Thank you “Corne” for the tip!
What about the Hospital seen in the show?
The hospital scene looks as if it were done in a foreign country based on the architecture. Thanks to a reader of ours, we now know the location of the hospital scene. The scene was actually done in London at the Russell Square.
Thank you “xavi” for the Russell Square tip!
What about the highway scenes in the beginning of the episode?
The highway scenes were partly done in Spain nearby the location of the museum and gas station but were also done in the desert in the State of Nevada, thanks to their lucrative incentives for filming productions that are done there.
