2012 was a movie released in 2009, in anticipation of the year 2012, when Mayans once predicted that the world might end. This is obviously not the case, as 2012 came and went. Here we still are. The movie starred John Cusack, Woody Harrelson,  Morgan Lily, Thandie Newton and even Amanda Peet! Twenty-twelve, the movie, was filmed all around Los Angeles as well as other parts of the world. Las Vegas is a huge part of the movie as well as Ashcroft, British Columbia, Canada.
